I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

The property was entirely renovated in 2019. Featuring a terrace, all units include a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen, fitted with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine. HPC Suites - Parking Gratuit & Piscine Chauffée features free WiFi throughout the property. Towels and bed linen are offered. All that we need were there. The rooms are comfortable enough and we could enjoy swimming pool privately. Definitely one of the best residences in Province.

We had a very warm welcome from the hotel’s staff. Apartment very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Hotel very well located - close to city center and the playa. We can only highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again to the staff. We will for sure come back to this property for our next trip in Nice.
