Vivaldi Hotel Loft Punta Carretas offers elegant rooms with modern amenities, free WiFi access and contemporary décor in Montevideo. Rooms were spacious and they did a great job at cleaning them every day and keeping them spotless. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic!!!. Staff was very kind and helpful and when we needed something they provided it right away. Location is awesome, close to the Punta Carretas mall, shops and restaurants.

Location is great, nice restaurants and sea nearby. Room is very nice and clean, has all amenities, wardrobe, very nice bathroom. everything is on the level, especially the staff. Will return here for sure.

Wonderful hotel, located perfect. Clean rooms, with nice mattresses. Good breakfast. Incredible nice staff. Excelent experience.

Hotel Pocitos Plaza jest usytuowany w ekskluzywnej dzielnicy Pocitos, 5 minut od centrum Montevideo oraz zaledwie 400 metrów od plaży. Na miejscu jest dostępne bezpłatne WiFi. We had a fabulous room, spacious, clean and with a balcony. Great shower. The gym and roof top area was nice too. A good breakfast and helpful staff.

Number one is the staff……totally efficient and able to address and solve more complex travellers issues.As well, from front desk to room attendants, I was greeted each day with genuine enthusiasm regarding customer care. Number two is hotel amenities…….. gym, weights, mats, all with the rooftop view…… who wouldn’t want to work out!? 😃 And of course, the wonderful rooftop swim spa which you may book at your convenience for private use. Loved it. Number three is LOCATION….. it simply doesn’t get better than this sweet Punta Carretas neighbourhood. With the hotel right on the Rambla, there is shopping and the fantastic selection of restaurants all right around the corner. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, you have always got the wonderful view……

I needed to contact a doctor during my stay and all the staff were very helpful and caring, especially Fabricio. I could not have asked for better service, even got breakfast delivered to my room with a smile.
