They allowed early check-in and speeded up the room cleaning for us. The rooms and hotel were free from cigareete smell and that was a big welcome. There is even a lift a big bonus for a smallish hotel.The breakfast was super and had a wide range. The breakfast area was nicely laid out, clean and well lit so dont understand why other guests have complaints about it. Excellent location near St Sava Church and many restaurants Go check out Gallop Restaurant near it,Authentic Serbian dinner

Want to say words of gratitude to the whole staff of this wonderful hotel - the kindest people ever- were very nice with every detail (arranging vaccination, reservations for dinners, explaining and showing where to go and what to visit). Hotel is very beautiful. every detail counts! food was very delicious! rooms are clean and comfy! we enjoyed our staying with your hotel! and will be back in three weeks!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple. Hotel was located nice and safe. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Best part was staff. They were kind, helpful and always smiling.
