The hotel staffs are very in the know of Granada, we got very correct and good recommendations from them for everything during our 3 nights’ stay. We even got a hand writing card on our car when we left, the hotel staff cleaned our car windows! How considerate!

Spotless and clean including every nook & corner. Staff has been friendly and supportive. Though staff is not available during night time, had clear instructions and emergency contacts. Did not have to use any.
